Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Framebase platform, including the dashboard at framebase.app, embedded widgets, and APIs (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send spam, harass, or violate any law
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass plan limits or rate limits
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Use the Service to process data you are not authorized to process

3. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Plan limits (interactions per month, seats, sites) are enforced programmatically.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to data you and your end-users submit through the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to operate the Service.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Framebase’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Framebase is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
