What is Framebase?

A widget platform for websites. Build contact forms, booking pages, email signup forms, and live chat in a visual canvas builder, publish them anywhere, and manage every response in one inbox with analytics across the funnel.

Who is Framebase for?

Framebase is built for designers, studios, agencies, and website teams that need forms, bookings, email capture, or live chat to follow the site’s design system instead of looking like a third-party embed.

Can I customize the emails too?

Yes. Each form’s confirmation email is designed in the same builder and can pull the submitter’s own answers into the copy with macros like {{name}} or {{company}}.

Do I need to code?

No. Design in the canvas, then publish with a hosted link, a single embed script, or the Framer plugin. Developers can go further with the API and webhooks (Team).

Can I work with my team or clients?

On Team, invite unlimited members with account and per-site roles. Site Access lets a client see only their own site — enforced on the server, not just hidden in the UI.

Which platforms does it work on?

Any website that can run a script tag: Framer, Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace, or fully custom sites. Framer users get a native plugin, and every widget also has a standalone hosted page — so you can collect responses with no website at all.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Export customers and submissions on Pro and Team. On Team, the API and webhooks push data wherever you need it.

What counts as an interaction?

One received response: a form submission, a booking, an email signup, or a chat conversation. Views never count against your plan, and your allowance resets every billing period.

What privacy controls are included?

Chat includes a consent prompt, configurable data-retention windows, and controls for storing IP and user-agent data. These tools support your privacy process; your organization remains responsible for configuring them and meeting its legal obligations.

How customizable is the design?

Everything you can see: typography, buttons, inputs, cards, backgrounds, gradients, shadows — edited on a canvas with live desktop and mobile preview. Start from a theme preset or from scratch.

Can I remove the Framebase badge?

On Pro and Team, yes.
