# Framebase: expanded product context > Framebase is a design-first website widget platform for contact forms, booking widgets, email signup forms, and live chat. Build visually, publish with a hosted page, embed script, or Framer component, manage responses in one inbox, and measure performance with analytics. These resources contain public product context only. They do not expose private workspace data, authenticate an agent, or grant account access. This file describes shipped public product capabilities and links back to canonical public pages. ## Who Framebase is for Framebase is for website designers, Framer creators, freelancers, studios, agencies, and teams that need polished website interactions without maintaining separate tools for each widget type. ## Core workflow 1. Design a widget visually. 2. Publish it as a hosted page, script embed, or Framer component. 3. Receive form submissions, bookings, email signups, and chat conversations in one inbox. 4. Act on responses and measure performance in the dashboard and analytics. Framebase supports four widget types: contact forms, booking widgets, email signup forms, and live chat. ## Widgets ### Contact forms Create single- or multi-step forms, customize fields and success states, and send confirmation emails that can include submitted answers. Form submissions arrive in the unified inbox. The Framer plugin and native code component provide a direct path for publishing Framebase widgets in Framer. Items can move through Open, Snoozed, and Done states and can be viewed in list or board layouts. Filters include widget, site, type, and date. Team adds assignments, role-based permissions, Site Access for clients, team workflows, and audit logs. The main dashboard summarizes items that need attention, interaction totals, widget activity, and site performance. Advanced reporting includes total views, interactions, conversions, conversion rate, time trends, a view-to-conversion funnel, and views by widget. Available breakdowns include site, widget, source, placement, device, and country, alongside relevant form, multi-step, chat, and activity views. An interaction is one received form submission, booking, email signup, or chat conversation. Views are unlimited and do not count toward plan usage. ## Plans - Free: 1 site, 3 widgets, 50 interactions per month, and one owner. It includes the four widget types, all three publishing paths, the unified inbox, and basic analytics. - Pro: 5 sites, unlimited widgets, 1,000 interactions per month, and one member. It adds advanced analytics, calendar sync, Stripe booking payments, custom branding, exports, email notifications, and priority support. The current price is $15 monthly or $120 yearly, with a 14-day trial. - Team: unlimited sites, widgets, and members; 10,000 interactions per month. It adds collaboration, role-based permissions, Site Access and client invites, team inbox workflows, white-label and custom hosted domains, API access and webhooks, audit logs, and premium support.
